Georgia Spanos is a writer, editor, and author based in London. She also writes poetry, short stories, and publishes her own books under Gi Press.

Georgia founded Uno Magazine and has worked as a staff writer and editor at Beat Music Magazine, Halliday Wine Magazine, and Hearst Magazines. She was the editor at DELLI and second employee. She also writes for magazines including Vittles, Sandwich Mag, SLOP, Picnic Mag, Cheese Mag, and more. 

She was named an “advocate for all things food and culture” by Books + Publishing. She enjoys contributing music, theatre, restaurant, and festival reviews to various publications. 

Highlights include interviewing Anton Newcombe of Brian Jonestown Massacre, Giles Peterson of Worldwide Records, David Walsh of DARK MOFO Arts Festival at MONA, and writing about goth icon Peter Murphy returning to perform Bauhaus shows. 

She also enjoyed having dinner with American chef and Huang’s World Vice series star Eddie Huang, engaging in passionate conversation with NYC rebel chef Olivia Tiedemann about women reclaiming the kitchen, and speaking with numerous chefs about life behind the pass.
